Daikin’s new Ururu Multi heat pump system supplies comfort heating, cooling, humidification and ventilation.
Daikin’s revolutionary Ururu technology allows humidification without the need to fill in a tank. The system brings fresh, purified air into rooms via up to two stylish wall mounted indoor units. Indoor unit features include Daikin’s 2-area intelligent eye and comfort airflow. The Ururu Multi's outdoor unit is quiet and has enhanced energy-efficiency thanks to its swing compressor.
Humidifies without reservoir
The new Ururu Multi system stands out due to its unique Ururu - Japanese for humidification - technology that absorbs moisture from the outdoor air and sends it to the indoor unit, where the air is purified via a titanium apatite photocatalytic filter. Consequently, the end user benefits from fresh, purified and humidified air that increases wellbeing and comfort without filling in any water reservoir. The advantages of humidity are preventing sore throats, dry skin and making the human body feel warmer, even at lower temperatures, thus reducing heating demand and energy consumption. The Ururu Multi is also equipped with Daikin's 2-Area Intelligent Eye, which detects the presence of people and directs the airflow towards the unoccupied area of the room. The system’s Comfort Airflow mode adjusts the airflow direction downward in heating and upward in cooling mode. Both features add to Ururu Multi's superior, draught-free operation.
Quiet, efficient comfort
The new Ururu Multi outdoor unit (MXU-G) is equipped with a swing compressor, renowned for its low noise level and high energy efficiency. The robust outdoor unit can be mounted on rooftops, terrace or against an outside wall, and supports up to two wall mounted indoor units (CTXU-G).
One or two individually controllable indoor units can be installed in separate rooms. The standard remote control ensures full comfort with features such as a weekly timer allowing different settings for each day of the week, a Powerful Mode for rapid heating or cooling, and an Econo Mode that limits power consumption. The indoor units are quiet, and their stylish flat panels are easy to clean and blend perfectly in any interior.
