EXIM bank started its operations in 1997 in Tanzania.

Exim bank started its operations in 1997 in Tanzania with only one branch, in Dar es Salaam. Today the bank has expanded its branch network to ten fully fledged branches, which are in Dar es Salaam (4), Tanga, Mtwara, Arusha, Morogoro, Mwanza and Moshi.

Most of their branches in Tanzania are equipped with Daikin systems.
When they decided to expand their activity to neighboring country  Comoros, they also chose for Daikin equipment (23 splits):
