Number of simple suites : 20
Number of double suites : 6

Surface to air condition: aprox. 18 000 m2

Existing system:
Chiller + fan coils.

The consultant fixed the following constraints:
Easy and individual Control in heating and cooling for each customer.
Different solar exposures of the building.
Works in occupied building, without closing hotel.
Respect existing decoration

Which solution was chosen ?
VRV heat recovery; because of the individual comfort and also the energy saving this solution is offering
